FREE Ground Shipping on orders $100+
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $100 we offer Standard Ground shipping. For international orders see our rates at checkout.
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm PST are shipped out the same day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
We ship internationally via UPS for the best service and rates. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free shipping on international orders.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
7 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 7 days of receipt if it is in original, unused condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
All returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt of shipment for a credit, less any applicable shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns. Please call to get a return authorization number BEFORE you send back the items.
Mark the outside cartons with the (RMA) return authorization number. Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 10 days from return approval date to our shipping address.
*Note - we do not offer refunds for international orders.
Items marked "Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Items marked "Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. "Sale" items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box.
Unauthorized returns will refused. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days domestically. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
